During our workshop the children learnt about the importance of perseverance and learning from mistakes.
We saw which house was ahead with the Golden Tokens.
These are the scores as they stood on Friday, but they will be updated next week. It’s looking good for Yellow House!
We celebrated some much improved handwriting and talked about how we can all take pride in doing the best we can.
We also celebrated our youngest person to get their Diamond Award for times tables- really well done!
Since October half term, Eagles have been working incredibly hard to earn dojo’s. This afternoon they were able to celebrate their hard work, team work and persistence with an excellent class treat. I hope they thoroughly enjoyed this special celebration. Keep up the hard work Eagles!
Here are this weeks spellings and ticking over sheet. I apologise for the incomplete missing number question (right side, fourth down) on the maths side of the ticking over sheet. Don’t worry that this will be left blank.
Please give your homework a go by Friday when we will spend time going over it in class. Remember, homework club starts next Monday (21st) where you will be able to receive extra help from teachers in school. Reply slips and letters went home today.
This morning we have had a great time doing lots of different Christmas activities. We decorated Christmas biscuits, made Christmas cards and decorated a bauble as a Secret Santa present for somebody in the class.
Have a look at some of the things we have made.
Thank you Eagles for a fantastic first term. Enjoy the holidays and have a wonderful Christmas.
This afternoon Eagles have had a fantastic tea party with Mrs Scott. We ate a delicious cake (thank you Louise), shared memories and played some funny games, including smelly socks!
Thank you Mrs Scott for a lovely afternoon.
Take a look at some very chocolatey faces!
